  Bacco Wine Cafe, located in Melbourne Florida, offers the areas first and only premier authentic Italian food. 

 Family owned and operated, Bacco offers the taste of Italy, in the heart of central Florida.  Loris and Raffaella, the owners and cooks of Bacco, arrived in the United States from the Italian Riviera Liguria region, in 1999 and opened Bacco a year later. 

Bacco is a modern Italian restaurant offering a traditional and memorable Italian dining experience, focuses on serving simple regional dishes from Italy  

Since then, the restaurant has become a popular dinner destination which attracts both new customers and a loyal following of regulars. Loris works the dining room playing an eclectic mix of modern music and serving fine Italian wine but not only from his collection.

Raffaella presides over the kitchen, preparing the evening's menu from her family recipes and the freshest local ingredients.
