Bacco Wine Cafe, located in Melbourne Florida, offers the areas first and only premier authentic Italian food.
Part One: Raffaella and Loris
Family owned and operated, Bacco offers the taste of Italy in the heart of central Florida. Loris and Raffaella, the founders of Bacco, arrived to the United States from the Region of Liguria, on the Italian Riviera, in 1999 and opened Bacco the following year.
Raffaella's cooking journey began over 30 years ago in a small kitchen in Italy where she learned the art of cooking from recipes passed down in her family from mothers to daughters.
At Bacco, we believe that the key to a great meal is using fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and a passion for cooking.
Today, Bacco continues to bring the flavors of Italy to your plate.
